The Provo Mayor's Office Internship Program is a temporary position that offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in local government while working directly with Mayor Marsha Judkins and Mayor's Office staff. This paid, part-time internship is designed to provide broad exposure to municipal government through professional mentorship and experiential learning opportunities across multiple city departments.

It may still be summer, but we’re already looking ahead to the fall semester! For Fall 2026, we’re excited to offer four competitive, stipend-paid internships designed for students interested in archives, public history, and digital access. These semester-long, in-person opportunities provide hands-on experience with historical records and mentorship from professional staff.

The deadline to apply to intern at APPG International FoRB in London has been extended to June 15. This internship is with a cross-party group of parliamentarians who believe that international freedom of religion or belief (FoRB) is a crucial human right. They aim to raise its profile in Government, in Parliament, in the media and among the general public.

The Center for Latter-day Saint Arts is hiring two interns to help with their vision to become the cultural and artistic hub for Latter-day Saints all over the world. We are currently looking for a social media intern and a special projects intern. Applications are due January 15.

Summer Department of State Internship applications are now open. How far could a student internship at the U.S. Department of State take you? I worked primarily in the Trust's archive, responding to research enquiries, assisting with collections management, and doing independent research. Other tasks included assisting with public tours in Dove Cottage and working with outreach groups, such as universities on study abroad, during their visits to the Trust.
