Job Description
To be effective, an individual must be able to perform each job duty successfully.
- Conduct preliminary project evaluation meetings with internal stakeholders
- Represent the Organizational Communications team with internal stakeholders and advise them in the creation of their communications plans.
- Organize, schedule, and manage project plans and resources for stakeholder communications projects.
- Develops and nurtures strong collaborative working relationships.
- Report ongoing status of projects.
- Assist with the design and fulfillment of communications and creative services deliverables, when applicable.
- Work in-office when requested; otherwise, may work hybrid or in-office (Sandy). Due to some fulfillment or other hands-on tasks, remote candidates will not be considered.
- Other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES

Experience
- Two or more years working successfully with customers and professionals
- Operational experience, preferably in a credit union (or similar financial institution).
- Proven track record of managing projects, including schedules, requirements, and execution
Education
Currently working towards a bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Online Marketing, or Business and currently enrolled.
