As an Internal Communications Intern, you will be responsible for assisting in the development of content for a variety of communications channels, as well as assisting in project management for internal communications campaigns supporting employee engagement and company culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with internal customers on projects and presentations
  • Support the company intranet by creating new team pages and supporting a pipeline of content
  • Create short-form video content to support key company narratives
  • Create visual designs for communications collateral, including posters, PowerPoint presentations, emails, etc.
  • Support the ongoing development of our editorial calendar and look for opportunities to streamline processes
  • Act as an evangelist for our intranet and ensure that content is easy to find and understand
  • Support design and content ownership for the intranet

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and adapt to quick changes
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with strong people skills
  • Experience with video creation and graphic design, with a strong interest in social media and pop culture
  • Strong problem-solving and attention to detail

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

  • Internship Dates: beginning in July 2025
  • Strong team environment, primarily in-office with hybrid availability
  • 25-30 hours per week, varying on project demand, with opportunities for additional hours
