CLASSIFICATION: Part-Time, Non-Exempt (15 hours weekly)
PAY: $11 Per Hour
JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for a motivated individual to join our marketing team as a Social Media Intern. As an intern, you will be working closely with our Social Media Manager who will provide you with real, hands-on projects and daily tasks that use social media platforms to promote and manage each client’s brand image. Applicants should have a strong level of experience with Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, a demonstrated writing ability, organizational skills, and the ability to work both as part of a team and solo.

OBJECTIVES OF THIS ROLE: Create effective marketing copy for company websites, blog posts, content pages, social media posts, and paid advertising. Continually raise the bar on creativity, writing fresh copy that connects with the desired audience and drives action. Comfortably vary voice, style, and other characteristics demanded by the industry, company, or target audience at hand. Stay updated on appropriate style guidelines and brand voice for consistency in messaging.
