RESPONSIBILITIES

The individual fulfilling this internship position would work under the direction of the portfolio manager to:

  • Provide meeting support by organizing meeting times, tracking and recording discussions, recording action items, and following up on assignments
  • Assist with product creation by reviewing message planning, treatments, scripts, rough cut videos, awareness, and executive communications
  • Gather and track product information on distribution platforms and internal product management software
  • Share insights and perspectives that build and lift the portfolio
  • Be a team player that builds and lifts all those they work with

QUALIFICATIONS

This position will provide valuable professional development experience in areas like product management, product development and business management. It is expected that the individual fulfilling this internship will be able to:

  • Work 15 to 20 hours a week
  • Attend in-office or virtual meetings every Thursday
  • Be self-driven and motivated
  • Be able to communicate and work well with other people
  • Meet rigid and challenging deadlines
  • Seek and take direction on assignments
  • Give full attention to detail
  • Continue to develop a sound understanding of Church doctrine, history, organization, and policy
  • Gather, synthesize, and showcase information
  • Work proficiently with Microsoft Office products
