PURPOSES
BYU-Pathway Worldwide is searching for an intern to help build training for new employees and lay the foundation for future weekly trainings.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create training objectives and develop training materials based on
- Collecting and analyzing data based on articles that Support uses and contacts Support receives
- Working with Support leadership
- Collaborating with Support’s partners
- Build training as a course in Canvas with modules, assignments, and assessments
- Edit videos, create presentations, and design other learning materials as needed
- Help onboard agents into Canvas
- 40 hours a week
- Flexible schedule within reason
QUALIFICATIONS
- Familiarity with Canvas
- Excellent written communication skills
- Basic word processing and video editing
- Highly Organized
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with others
