CLOSED Fall Creative Coordinator Internship

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Fall Creative Coordinator Intern to support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects across multiple channels. This internship is ideal for someone eager to learn about creative operations and project management in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

In this role, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams—including design, video, copywriting, marketing, and production—to help ensure projects stay organized and on track. You’ll gain hands-on experience in creative workflows, stakeholder communication, and the project lifecycle from start to finish.

Hours: 20 hours per week

Location: Provo, Utah

Target start date: August 4/ August 11

Key Responsibilities

Assist in tracking creative project timelines, asset delivery, and production calendars
Help coordinate meetings, reviews, and delivery milestones
Support internal communications across design, copy, video, and marketing teams
Maintain project documentation and help monitor progress and deadlines
Participate in brainstorming and status meetings to learn how projects evolve
Contribute to identifying process improvements and workflow efficiencies
Learn to use project management tools and support operational tasks

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree or recently graduated in marketing, communications, or a related field
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Clear and professional written and verbal communication
Interest in creative workflows, project coordination, and brand marketing
Basic familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Workfront, Trello, Asana) is a plus
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a collaborative team environment
