The Intern will help collect information from various testers around the world and then work to manually create, maintain, and manage content in a Microsoft SharePoint framework.
It is expected that the Intern will work well on their own and with other people, meet rigid and challenging deadlines, take direction on each assignment, and give full attention to detail. Sound judgement of Church doctrine, history, organization, policy, and protocol are also expected.
This intern would:
- Use information collected in a SharePoint list to create SharePoint pages that showcase different ideas being tested
- Gather information, not collected in the SharePoint list, from testers through interviews/emails to use in creating SharePoint pages that showcase their ideas
- Ensure content on these pages stay current
- Work with SharePoint Lists, MS Forms, and document libraries to manage content
- Help create, improve, and manage PowerApps and Power Flows
- Participate in our Student Services Division and team meetings, sharing their insight and perspective on the work we do
QUALIFICATIONS
- Communication skills
- Ability to gather, synthesize, and showcase information
- Computer literacy (working proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint preferred)
- Creative problem solving in digital spaces
- Relevant educational experience in areas like writing, journalism, information systems management, or Web design
Paid Interns are qualified while enrolled in an educational institution and for one year following graduation. They must sign a Paid Internship Engagement Letter.
