As a paid communications intern, you’ll apply strong writing and editing skills to support a variety of messaging efforts that reach more than 80,000 students in 180 countries.

I worked primarily in the Trust's archive, responding to research enquiries, assisting with collections management, and doing independent research. Other tasks included assisting with public tours in Dove Cottage and working with outreach groups, such as universities on study abroad, during their visits to the Trust.

As part of the 2023 English Symposium, seven students shared their experiences completing the English+ requirement. We had students talk about international, local, and Washington Seminar internships as well as experiences in ENGL 394 and the Research and Writing Center.
