For my E+ experience I was put as the project manager over the Digital Design team for Professor Mike Taylor's ENGL 394 project.
From this experience, I honestly feel like I learned how to run a team for designing a website and creating a separate research guide. Everyone has different ideas and it is critical that all opinions and thoughts are shared. Even if it is not what I want. I also have learned how much communication goes into a project like this as well as waiting for those responses.
