We are looking to hire a creative and enthusiastic PR/Marketing Intern – team member to build relations with doctors, attorneys and the public. . The schedule is FULL or PART-TIME during weekdays Mon-Fri, and between the hours of 8:30 am and 5:00 pm, with occasional evening and Saturday needs.
Responsibilities
- Market medical imaging and interventional services to local physicians and attorneys. This includes visiting offices, managing luncheons, and training medical office staff on the use of scheduling and image viewing programs
- Create and run community promotion opportunities
- Website management (HTML not required but a plus)
- Conceptualize and design assets (brochures, flyers, etc.)
- Social media marketing (FB/IG), print ads, radio, etc., and occasional expos
- Communicate and coordinate with the CEO and other office staff
- Contribute blog articles for our website
Qualifications
- Must have experience working with a team
- Must be able to comfortably communicate with medical doctors and attorneys
- Must be a self-starter, honest, dependable, with a professional demeanor and dress
- Graphic arts skills
- We want to market smart and bring your brains and work ethic
- Be teachable as well as willing to share your ideas
- Basic understanding of MS Word, Excel and Google Docs
- Understanding of Adobe Illustrator, or similar software illustration program
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Social media, webpage or SEO savvy a plus
- Past Healthcare experience is preferred
