  • Kindly collaborate with teams across the department and help execute planned assets
  • Support keynote and other main-stage experiences at the in-person event.
  • Help develop, publish and manage an event schedule, that runs on-time.
  • Try, learn, pivot -- gather data, measure and analyze; identify key learnings, then try again using inspiration

  • Strong sense of personal drive and motivation to produce high-quality work
  • Ready to join a team that feels more like family than work; we have each other’s backs, we jump in and help, we want to help each other succeed
  • Ability to think creatively and approach content creation with fresh perspectives and ingenuity
  • Events require a lot of energy; deadlines can’t be moved; we work hard, but enjoy the high level of rewards in the end (whether or not goals are met)
  • A composed demeanor is a bonus when faced with intense pressures leading up to and during a live event
  • Must be self-motivated with a high level of integrity; in a mostly work-from-home environment, this is required
  • Excellent project management and time management skills will be a big benefit in this role
  • Ability to communicate, influence and lead effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Must be a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and hold a current temple recommend.
