We are looking for a Digital Education content Strategist Intern who will be a member of BambooHR’s Customer Experience Scaled Success team to help build and reinforce our digital strategy. Our strategy is a digital first human supported approach to helping customers reach their desired outcomes at scale. You will join the influential customer education team to build content that drives customer engagement through different modes of learning by meeting the customer where they are in their journey. Some specific responsibilities include the following:
You will:
- Become the liaison between marketing and our education team to define best in class content experiences
- Analyze VOC data (CSat, Support tickets and NPS comments) to make content evolution recommendations
- Design and create targeted experiences across a variety of features to improve active user engagement
- Drive retention, and collaborate across internal teams to execute plans
- Work with leaders to define success measures & metrics
- Provide ongoing support for the CX Education team
What You Need to Get the Job Done
- Junior level standing pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Communications, Public Relations or a related field
- Interns must be based in Utah as positions are Hybrid
- Has a structured approach to working and the ability to prioritize
- Analyze and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations
- Is proactive, self-motivated, and eager, with going above and beyond
- Creative and willing to think outside the box
