The University Marketing & Communications Department at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions is looking for a Content Writing & Editing Intern to help develop, write, and edit stories for the university news, magazine, and newsletters. Internship Summary
Pay: $15/hour
Work hours: 10-20 per week but flexible
Work location: Some hours in the office (Provo) for coordinating and training. Independent work can be done remotely.
Start Date: May 2022
Internship length: Commitment through the end of summer semester; can be extended based on interest and availability
This role will provide hands-on experience with our fast-paced marketing team and will have an opportunity to work in a highly collaborative environment. You will work on projects that include writing and editing effective copy for all types of content, as well as strategizing content messaging based on trending topics and formats.
Join a fun, tightknit, and highly functional team tasked with identifying learning needs across the globe and filling those needs via classes and content at RootsTech and FamilySearch. Work closely with the Learning manager and other team members to ensure the class offerings at RootsTech are at optimal performance and targeted to correct audiences. Gain experience in learning content, content management systems, needs analysis, and learning plans.
