BYU Studies publishes academic articles informed by the restored gospel of Jesus Christ. Our marketing efforts seek to connect Latter-day Saints and others with quality information on a variety of topics. We are currently looking for content creators who relish a challenge. Our marketing writers will take academic articles on a variety of important topics and create a “marketing mix” of content for a variety of audiences. Each marketing mix may contain a variety of content: listicles, infographics, video interviews with authors, quote images, social media quizzes and polls, and more. Our writers will make recommendations as to what content types we will create.

Responsibilities:
- Identify types of content to accompany each article that we publish.
- Write content for our marketing mix, including: listicles, infographics, video interviews with authors, quote images, social media quizzes and polls, and more.
- Write content for our weekly newsletter, including brainstorming half-a-dozen subject lines for our team to choose from.
- Write social media blurbs for different platforms.
- Meet with team to plan ideas for outreach events.
- Review the work of others on the team and ensure that content is translated well to other media.
- Stay abreast of social media trends and how they might impact our marketing strategy.
