Internship | Marketing
BrainStorm is currently seeking an intern to contribute to all core components of its marketing team – including marketing operations, demand gen efforts, product marketing research, and design.
The internship begins now and will run through December 2022, with an opportunity to continue after demonstrating success.
Interns on BrainStorm’s marketing team will gain comprehensive exposure to all components of SaaS B2B marketing, and will have the opportunity to focus their time on areas of interest and capability.
Responsibilites
- Drive efficient lead-capture through database management support
- Gather customer insight trends through various voice of customer inputs
- Surface and build VoC reports to highlight areas of opportunity
- Configure and push shareable content through social channels
- Support design with existing HTML modifications
Qualifications
- Must be working toward a degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business, Communications, Journalism, English or a related field
- GPA of 3.5 or higher
Internship | Learning Experience
The Learning Experience team is a core element of the BrainStorm product team. The primary responsibility of this team is planning, creating, and implementing the experiences that help organizations and users change the way they work, mostly via the BrainStorm Adoption Platform. These experiences can take the form of videos, written walkthroughs, communications, workshops, training sessions, webinars, and more. Interns on this team take an active part in developing experiences that impact millions of people around the world. No subject matter expertise is needed as a prerequisite, but familiarity with software like Microsoft 365, Windows 10, Google, Dropbox, Box, Smartsheet, Slack, Zoom, Webex, and Adobe Creative Cloud are all beneficial.
Responsibilites
- Assisting in the development of communications assets
- Writing communications copy
- Building new or duplicating and editing existing communications templates
- Creating appropriate visual assets
- Auditing past content to determine relevancy and the need for updates
- Quality assurance on the body of communications resources
- Assisting in the development of change management assets
- Curating experiences into recommended adoption plans for particular topics
- Creating content on change best practices and tips
- Creating content for customer admin education
