Journal Editorial Team Member, School of Music (130062): Are you a writer, editor, and designer who is interested in the Arts? The School of Music Journal is hiring a new editorial team member. The School of Music Journal is a student-run journal that highlights interesting events in the School of Music and the accomplishments of students, faculty, alumni, and retirees. The monthly journal aims to publish content that shares light and inspiration through music.
College of Life Sciences Writer (130105): The College of Life Sciences student writer interviews, writes, edits, and promotes stories on an array of compelling topics from tracking cougars to fighting malnutrition in developing countries. With eight academic units, the College of Life Sciences provides a large pool of interesting, diverse content. Mechanical Engineering Communications Specialist (130140): The Department of Mechanical Engineering is looking to fill a position for a creative, independent individual with skill and interest in news writing, social media, photography, and graphic design. In this position you will work with faculty, students, and alumni to create content for the department website and social media platforms and other similar needs within the department.
Native American Curriculum Initiative Editorial Assistant (130241):The Native American Curriculum Initiative (NACI) is hiring an editorial assistant. NACI is a part of the BYU ARTS Partnership which creates and digitally publishes arts-integrated lesson plans for teachers to use in the classroom. NACI specifically works with the 8 indigenous sovereign nations within Utah to create authentic, cultural resources to help teachers know what the Indigenous peoples want students to know about them.
Social Media Specialist, Sorensen Center (130244): The BYU Sorensen Center for Moral and Ethical Leadership is a new center with its vision being to inspire and equip individuals to lead people as Jesus Christ does. This position will oversee, create, curate and run our social media platforms. In efforts to communicate and establish our brand across campus, this position will also assist with communication and marketing efforts on a broader scale.

The Social Media and Cultural Analyst Intern will work to increase member and general public awareness of family history, serve as an ambassador for temple and family history work as it relates to the gathering of Israel on both sides of the veil, and provide insight regarding culture and best practices to enable FamilySearch to effectively create experiences for patrons to engage in family history work and discover their ancestors.
