
Join a fun, tightknit, and highly functional team tasked with creating social media content that highlights the exciting advancements of FamilySearch. Work closely with the social media manager and other team members to ensure the social media and YouTube channels are at optimal performance. Responsibilities
- Work in a hybrid (in person/remote) work environment.
- Create and manage content calendars and other spreadsheets to monitor channel and post growth
- Track metrics of posts and share regularly
- Share creative content ideas across all social channels, including YouTube
- Offer creative insight for design, composition and copy for content
- Spearhead some projects/content ideas through production workflow
Qualifications
- A process and deadline-driven person that can push content through a workflow
- Detail oriented person that can review content prior to posting
- Has an eye for design to make sure content is aesthetically pleasing
- Exceptional communicator, proactive personality, and people person
- Excellent planner, organizer, and time manager
- Ability to proactively overcome obstacles with minimal supervision
- Strong industry awareness of trends in social media performance
- Experience in social media management and online content creation
- Advanced speaking and writing proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese a plus
