Working arrangements
- The team is officially located in Salt Lake City, but we all work remotely
- Daily zoom stand ups
- In person meeting from time to time either in SLC or at the FamilySearch building in Lehi.
- If you feel more comfortable with an onsite location to work, we can make the needed arrangements.
- You will need access to the internet from where you want to work remotely
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Gathering and updating the content from our partners for each of the products in the FamilySearch solutions gallery
- Assist in conducting partner and customer research for improving the user experience with the Solutions Gallery and meeting FamilySearch needs for the site.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who can wear two hats. The "bean counter" hat The creative, outgoing and collaboration hat
- Detailed oriented with data entry.
- Self-Motivated
- Able to contact and work with our partners to gather product data.
- Comfortable working with enterprise CRM systems.
- Experience designing user experiences that deliver on customer needs. This will include designing at high levels, the look and feel of a site along with journey mapping the customer experience as they move through the site in an attempt to accomplish their adjectives.
- Experience writing proposals and high-level design documents
- Experience creating presentations
Paid Interns are qualified while enrolled in an educational institution and for one year following graduation. They must sign a Paid Internship Engagement Letter.
