Chloe Interned as a grant writer with Kokua Consulting as part of the ENGL394 Professional Writing Internship Course.
When I started my internship for my E+ credit, I had a "checklist" mentality toward the whole thing. I didn't realize how important my internship would become to me. I worked with Kokua Consulting writing grant proposals for non-profit organizations in the area and I loved it. The work was new and difficult but rewarding. I got to work with an amazing non-profit and help them fulfill their goal to serve the community.
