Clarion AI Partners is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Intern to support our fast-growing thought leadership, content, and social media engine. This role is ideal for a student who is passionate about storytelling, creative content creation, and emerging technology—especially AI.
You will work directly with Clarion’s CMO, CEO, and senior leadership team to help produce and publish content that reaches executives, boards, and industry leaders. From drafting thought leadership to building social media assets to helping manage our YouTube and LinkedIn presence, you will play a hands-on role in shaping a modern B2B marketing program.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn from senior leaders while taking real ownership of high-impact content across multiple channels.
Responsibilities
Content Creation & Thought Leadership
- Draft first versions of thought leadership articles, blog posts, and event write-ups.
- Assist in shaping narratives for upcoming presentations, webinars, podcasts, and speaking events.
- Translate complex topics (AI, governance, legal, technical) into accessible, high-quality content.
Social Media Execution
- Help manage and execute the company’s social media calendar across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and Twitter/X.
- Create copy and creative assets for social posts (event announcements, clips, quotes, industry commentary).
- Monitor engagement across channels and surface insights or opportunities for improvement.
Video & Creative Assets
- Identify and edit video clips for use on YouTube and social platforms.
- Pull leadership quotes, customer quotes, and short video snippets to create high-engagement content.
- Support the creation of short-form video strategy for leadership and brand channels.
Website Content Management
- Convert client alerts, insights, and resource materials into website-ready content.
- Upload and update events, client alerts, resources, and thought leadership on the site.
- Ensure all content is formatted cleanly and consistently with the Clarion brand.
Channel Strategy & Operations
- Assist in building and maintaining Clarion’s YouTube presence and video library.
- Support ongoing development of multi-platform content strategy for LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Help maintain internal content calendars, asset libraries, and brand repositories (Figma, Canva, etc.).
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work directly with the CMO and CEO to iterate on messaging and creative direction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to capture insights, quotes, or content opportunities.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns, major content drops, and storytelling angles.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, English, Journalism, or related field.
- Strong writing ability with academic, creative, or professional writing.
- Familiarity with major social platforms (LinkedIn required; YouTube/Instagram/TikTok a plus).
- High attention to detail and ability to produce clean, error-free work.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Curiosity about AI, technology, and how businesses adopt new tools.
- Comfortable receiving and incorporating feedback.
- Self-starter who is proactive in identifying tasks and areas of improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience creating social media content for a club, organization, job, or personal brand.
- Basic experience with creative tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe, or similar).
- Experience editing short-form video (CapCut, Adobe, iMovie, Premiere, etc.).
- Familiarity with WordPress, Webflow, or similar website CMS.
- Interest in thought leadership, storytelling, or strategic communication.
- Understanding of B2B or professional services marketing.
- Prior internship or project experience related to marketing, communications, or content.
- Demonstrated interest in AI, law, ethics, design, or governance (any of the themes Clarion touches).
$15-20/hr
Hybrid (located in Vineyard, UT)
15 hrs./week
