We are seeking a creative, organized, and people-focused Internal Communications Intern to support the development and delivery of a weekly, company-wide communication initiative. This intern will partner with teams across the company to highlight company achievements, highlight personal accomplishments, celebrate wins, provide departmental updates, leadership messages and strengthen cultural connections. This intern is responsible for gathering information across the organization and producing engaging weekly video updates that keep employees informed, aligned, and connected. This role provides practical work experience to current students or recent graduates while contributing to departmental objectives.

Start Date: Immediately
Duration: Approx. 4-6 months

Responsibilities

  • Gather and organize weekly updates from departments 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely content 
  • Plan, script, produce, and edit weekly internal videos 
  • Highlight company achievements, leadership messages, and key updates 
  • Upload and manage videos on company SharePoint 
  • Ensure content aligns with company goals, tone, and branding 
  • Manage timelines for consistent weekly delivery 
  • Identify ways to improve engagement and communication effectiveness

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, or related field 
  • Experience with content creation (internal communications or social media) 
  • Strong communication and organizational skills 

  • Basic video production and editing experience 
  • Familiarity with scripting/storyboarding 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines 
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across teams
