BYU Performing Arts Publicity Writer Student Job

(Internship credit available.) Student will be responsible for writing, organizing, and coordinating the promotional material for up to 16 BYU performing groups (Young Ambassadors, Vocal Point, etc.). Student will be responsible for writing news releases and newsletters, coordinating brochure production, social media content, and designing flyers.

Qualifications: 

  • Should have excellent writing skills.
  • Should have prior experience in one of the following: journalism, publishing, composition, public relations, or advertising.
  • Proficiency with typing and Microsoft Word is preferred.  
  • Experience with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop also preferred.
  • Video editing experience a plus.
  • Familiarity with the basics of photography and printing is beneficial.

Must have regular and consistent attendance at scheduled shift.

FamilySearch Libraries and Centers Part Time Internship

The role will also help with blog articles that are helpful for FamilySearch Center Coordinators and other projects as they come up. This position is part-time up to 28 hours/week.
