What You'll Do
- Craft compelling messages for Smarty social media outlets.
- Discover groups within social media outlets where our target audiences go for information and regularly engage and communicate.
- Create thought-provoking content that positions Smarty as the authority on address data.
- Collaborate with Marketing team members and other Smarty departments to generate compelling content ideas.
- Understand target audiences and write content that speaks to their pain points.
- Ensure a consistent and fun tone of voice for the Smarty brand.
- Analyze the effectiveness of social media campaigns and engagement.
- Assist with the creation of original content, such as blogs and videos.
- Manage social media calendar.
- Perform social media marketing research.
Who You Are
- 2+ years of social media and content creation experience.
- Currently a student in English, Communications, Journalism, or Marketing.
- Writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Ability to adapt writing style to match brand voice.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience incorporating feedback through both written comments and face-to-face interactions.
- Understanding of digital marketing.
