We are seeking an innovative, detail-oriented and creative team player to join our Learning and Development team for a seasonal internship located in Provo, Utah headquarters. The intern will work closely with Aptive’s team of award winning Instructional Designers and Writers to create and update interactive and engaging learning experiences across multiple modes. The individual we are looking for is someone that enjoys working in a team environment and is eager to gain exposure and experience in the world of corporate training and learning.

Responsibilities include:
- Develop new engaging courses, content, and programs that meet learning objectives
- Create multimedia, graphics, and interactive course solutions
- Integrate supporting material/media into courses (audio, video, resources etc.)
- Working with subject matter experts, assessing content, and identifying gaps
- Following established e-learning design standards and branding guidelines, and providing innovative ideas to enhance the design approach
Qualifications:
- Seeking a degree in: graphic design, instructional design, film/media, communications, public relations, or English
Required Skills:
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Exposure to visual/graphic design in applications such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Ability to write clear, engaging, and effective instructional text
- Excellent communication (written, verbal, interpersonal) skills
This position is located in our Provo, Utah headquarters in a beautiful building located in the Riverwoods Business Park.
