This role, in collaboration with dōTERRA content owners and other web specialists, will work to make sure dōTERRA’s digital content is accessible and accurate for dōTERRA’s US market, Wellness Advocates and their customers and prospects. The end-goal is to make critical online information accurate, timely, predictable, optimized and 100% reliable … ultimately so Wellness Advocates can build trust in their own essential oil classes and conversations.
This internship position is focused on managing digital content in the SAP hybris web content management and product cockpit systems. The person who fills this role should be ‘hungry to make content right’ in digital media. This requires a service minded, “can-do” attitude, trust, and excellent prioritization and communication skills. Web needs at dōTERRA are constantly evolving and changing as needs arise. It’s critical for the person in this role to know current and upcoming projects and where they are going, focusing on the positive reception and use of dōTERRA digital media, using time wisely while focusing on top priorities. Of course, the ideal candidate finds satisfactions in content accuracy, keeping content fresh, works hard, and be generally optimistic and upbeat.
