What You’ll Do:
- Under direct supervision, assist in curating internal knowledge that builds trust in our resources
- Understand basic knowledge management (or be a fast learner) to be able to organize content for optimal employee experience
- Research products and employee feedback to determine knowledge gaps
- Assist in writing both technical and creative content for the company intranet & knowledge management system
- Learn about different audiences and make proposals for ways to influence these audiences
- Assist with the coordination of large events including gathering proofs, ordering swag and doing basic project management
- Support events including gathering items, set up, tear down, and organization of teams assisting in the event
- Familiar with or willing to learn basic HTML, Sharepoint and other back end systems

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Desire to engage audiences in content, not merely produce content
- Competence in Microsoft Office products, especially Word and PowerPoint
