The Talent Acquisition Intern will to help source and recruit top talent for our organization, provide full life cycle recruiting support for the Talent Acquisition team, and gain visibility to a variety of tasks related to recruitment. An ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and enjoys interacting with others.
Among other things, this position will work with our Global Compliance team helping with the following areas.
- Third-party risk management – help with organization and facilitation of vendor due diligence surveys across regions and markets.
- Anti-corruption risk mitigation planning and training – assist with research about regional anti-corruption matters and legal developments and will prepare or supplement training materials as requested
- Workflow management and research – the intern will assist with internal research about business processes and due diligence and consult with me and others in compliance about best practices and improvements with a goal of achieving built-in compliance in business workflows
