Mountain America’s Knowledge Management team is looking for an energetic individual to share the Mountain America experience for our most important influencers and advocates – our people.

Schedule:

Full-time

What You’ll Do:

  • Under direct supervision, assist in curating internal knowledge that builds trust in our resources
  • Understand basic knowledge management (or be a fast learner) to be able to organize content for optimal employee experience
  • Research products and employee feedback to determine knowledge gaps
  • Assist in writing both technical and creative content for the company intranet & knowledge management system
  • Learn about different audiences and make proposals for ways to influence these audiences
  • Assist with the coordination of large events including gathering proofs, ordering swag and doing basic project management
  • Support events including gathering items, set up, tear down, and organization of teams assisting in the event
  • Familiar with or willing to learn basic HTML, Sharepoint and other back end systems

  • Willing to learn how to effectively write for business audiences
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Desire to engage audiences in content, not merely produce content
  • Competence in Microsoft Office products, especially Word and PowerPoint

  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
