Observe, learn, and participate as you follow the publishing process of a book–from first edits to final proofreading to sending a completed book to press. In the process, you’ll assist with “cold” proofreading, copy-to-copy proofreading, occasional fact checking and sources verification, pre-press checks, and blueline checks. You may also write advertising copy (“blurbs”) for the covers of upcoming books.
